 I, Jennifer Holt- Chair of SWDC, am invoking the provisions of RSA 91.A:2 sub 3.b. 

In accordance to the guidelines set forth by Sanbornton BOS, Federal, and in compliance of Governor Sununu’s Emergency Order 12 and Executive Order 202004.

 As such this meeting will be conducted remotely via teleconference without a quorum of this body physically present in the same location.
