Notice of Public Hearing - PILOT Solar Agreement

The Sanbornton Selectboard will hold a public hearing at their meeting on April 10th, 2024, at the Old Town Hall, 19 Meetinghouse Hill Road at 5:00 PM, to consider a request for a Payment In Lieu Of Taxes (PILOT) Agreement executed between the Town of Sanbornton and Sanbornton 127 Solar LLC, managed by Norwich Technologies, Inc., pursuant to NH RSA 72:74 on April 10th, 2024. The proposed PILOT agreement can be viewed on the Town’s website; www.sanborntonnh.org or at the Town Office, 17 Meetinghouse Hill Road.
