Notice of Public Hearing

Pursuant to the provisions of RSA 36-A:5 II and RSA 675:7, the Sanbornton Conservation Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, April 11, 2024, beginning at 7:15 PM at 19 Meetinghouse Hill Road (Old Town Hall), Sanbornton, NH.  The purpose of the hearing will be to seek public input on the expenditure of $100,000 from the existing Conservation / Land Use Change Tax Fund for the acquisition of an Executory Interest in an Agricultural Land Easement on Tax Map 23, Lots 3, 9, and 10, commonly known as the Swain Family Farm, and encompassing approximately 320 acres.   The primary easement holder will be Lakes Region Conservation Trust.
