 *DRAFT* SWDC Meeting Minutes - 09/19/2022

1) Meeting called to order at 5:40 p.m

2) Present - Jeff Burns, Dave Swanay, Jen Holt

     Absent- Andy Sanborn

3) Dave reported the financial status of the Transfer Station looks good. 

4) Transfer Station report- Jen read the  T.S. report Shauna emailed.

The Transfer Station is getting a new truck. The T.S. budget is in. Shauna will meet with the Budget Committee and BOS sometime in November. Shauna will meet with Jim Dick to discuss CIP.

5) Jeff made a motion to accept the draft meeting minutes of 06/20/22 as written. Second by Dave.   No discussion.   Vote - Yes - 3,  Abstain - 0, No - 0.

The draft  meeting minutes of 6/20/22 pass as written.

6) Other business- Dave made a motion, with the T.S. managers approval and support, to pursue a warrant article for the purchase of a C&D scale at the Transfer Station. 

Second by Jeff.                  

Discussion-The warrant article may require a petition.  The motion will be followed up on at the next SWDC meeting.

Vote- Yes-3, No-0

Motion passes unanimously .

7)Next Regular meeting - 10/24/22 at 5:30 p.m. in the Town office conference room.

8) Meeting adjourned at 5:55 p.m.
