Partnering with the local community

We depend on the community to help us in taking action

Public Health

Solving complex health and social issues cannot be achieved by a single person, or by a single organization. The solution requires communities; individuals, businesses, health and social service agencies, faith leaders, schools, government, civic groups and others connecting with one another, trusting one another, identifying shared goals, exchanging information and ideas and leveraging resources. This is public health in action.
